Please read these terms carefully before applying for or using your Ivory account. By applying, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of Ivory is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. They apply to all members and to anyone who accesses or uses Ivory's services.
2. Eligibility
Membership is open only to qualified researchers and institutions who meet the criteria set by Ivory. Ivory reserves the right to verify researcher status and to refuse or revoke membership at its sole discretion.
3. Use of Research Compounds
All products are supplied strictly as research compounds. They are not for human or animal consumption, nor for diagnostic or therapeutic use. The statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Members agree to handle all compounds in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Human Consumption
Any discussion of dosing or administration in humans is strictly forbidden and will result in termination of membership. Bodily introduction into humans or animals is prohibited by law.
5. Termination of Membership
Ivory reserves the right to terminate any membership if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a member has violated these terms or any policy Ivory has established.
6. Privacy
All personal information is stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy on this website.
7. Disclaimers
Ivory issues a certificate of analysis for each lot but makes no warranty or representation regarding the availability of any compound. All compounds are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Ivory be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the research compounds or any service provided by Ivory.
9. Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ivory and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, or expense — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from the use of research compounds or any violation of these terms.
10. Modifications to Terms
Ivory may change these terms at any time. Changes are effective on posting to this website. Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Notice of Consent
Members agree to receive operational and promotional communications from Ivory. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any email.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ivory operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

All compounds are supplied as lyophilised powder requiring reconstitution with a suitable diluent for research purposes only. Research supplies are not included and no dosing instructions are provided. Ivory adheres to all applicable laws governing research-only compounds. Ivory is not a pharmacy and provides no advice for human or animal use.
